RealCare is Intervoice's highly regarded post-sales technical support operation. Located in Dallas, Texas and Orlando, Florida. Staffed by a team of industry-leading Support Engineers, the RealCare operation offers comprehensive hardware and software support services that span 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These Support Engineers will provide you with immediate product expertise, technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.

RealCare, in conjunction with a third-party field service provider, can quickly dispatch a service technician and replacement parts to your site, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with on-site response times of four hours for critical situations based on the maintenance package purchased. RealCare technical support is available during the initial system warranty, then through a RealCare Service Agreement, or on a Time and Materials basis.
