About Brite Product Support Customer Support in Orlando provides 7 X 24 support for Brite legacy products, Write 1, QNX, Voice Select, Brite Debit and Voice Print. The customer care center at 800-376-6600 will handle calls live from 8AM to 8PM. After 8PM, calls are answered live by the ESOC engineers who will page the appropriate product engineer. The maximum response time to the customer is 2 hours. The customer support center is responsible for maintenance, T&M, new installations, upgrades and reconfigurations across all disciplines. Customers in warranty and with maintenance contracts customers take first priority. Note: Opening a ticket online is for non-urgant issues only.
