This site allows you to request assistance for non-critical issues. If you have a priority 1 or 2 production problem please contact the RealCare Support Desk at 800-955-4688 (US), 972-454-8130 (International) or your Intervoice support contact. Your E-mail address and/or your phone number will be used by Intervoice personnel as the means of contacting you to answer your questions or resolve your technical issues.

Remember to include as much information as possible so that we may better assist you. Please attach any support files, i.e. log files, application files, configuration files etc., that may assist in resolving your question or technical issue.

NOTE: Application Consulting issues are Severity 4, informational issues (Low Priority) and are worked on a first come first served basis. Should you require immediate or dedicated support for a development issue please let us know as soon as possible so we can have Global Consulting Services issue a quote for paid/dedicated assistance.
