The following technical documentation is available for reference:

  • For Sound Forge 8, the Intervoice Audio File Guide (Sound Forge 8) (601340.chm) explains how to install and set up Sound Forge 8 and the optional Intervoice Enhanced Recording Kit. It also explains how to record and convert audio files for use on an Intervoice runtime system.

  • For Sound Forge 6 and 7, the Sound Forge (6.0 and 7.0) and the Intervoice System Audio File Guide (601198.pdf) provides information about creating audio files using Sound Forge 6.0 and 7.0. It includes information about studio set, file formats and file naming conventions, post-processing, and troubleshooting. It also provides detailed instructions on using the CRVoice2 utility to rename audio files to the runtime format.

    Note Sound Forge 7 does not include the Batch Converter that is required to easily edit multiple messages. Intervoice provides a licensed Batch Converter for use with Sound Forge 7. Contact your Intervoice Sales Representative for more information.
